AS NAME SHOWS Sardar Milwartan Singh "Jagdey" is a name which people of Rampuraphool feel proud to talk about. This is because of his “good milwartan”, clean, helpful and honest image. He is born to Smt. Dalip Kaur in 14 September 1943. His father Sardar Arjun Singh, Jagdey was a freedom fighter and recipient of prestigious "Tamrpatra" on 14th September 1943 at Karamgarh near Sangrur (Pb.), India.

     He is also liked by people because of his contribution to social welfare work and Ramgarhia Community work. He contributed a lot towards the construction of Vishkarma Mandir at phull. He was a recognized "Naksha Nawis" at municipal committee of "Rampurphull" and was famous for his honesty and loyalty. He is always ready to organize functions and public gatherings to strengthen and unite Ramgarhia community. Recently he organized "Ramgarhia Get-together" at Phull on 19th August ,2001.
