Sardar Mohinder Singh Bhanwer was not aware of the fact while opening his workshop that it's name ”International Engineers Corporation" will be in true sense internationally recognized, with his products being exported not only to USA but also to Germany and other advanced European countries.
     He was born to Smt. Bachan Kaur Munday on 21st May,1926 at village Pakhowal, Distt. Ludhiana. His Father Sardar Harnam Singh was an Agriculturalist and worked as a village artisan.

     He did his Matriculation from Govt. High School Gujjarwal, in 1942 with First Division. Continuing his studies, he joined Radio Service Engineering course from English Institute and acquired AMIET (London) Qualification. He also studied Mechanical Engineering and Automobile Trade. While studying he joined British army (NAAFI/EFI) in 1943. When he was of 18 Years old, he becomes the youngest institute manager. After four and a half years he left the job as war was over. In 1949 he joined tractor workshop of Maharaja Faridkot as an Assistant In- charge and worked there up to 1955. Soon he started his own tractor business in Hisar (Haryana). For his Business he had to travel a lot and he got fed up of traveling. So he started his own workshop by the name of "International Engineers Corporation" and started development and manufacturing of milling machine. He was a founder member of Ludhiana Machine Tool Manufacturers Association in 1980. He served the association as General Secretary up to 1986. Currently he is the Vice President of the association. He has another feather in his cap that he had organized 1st "Punjab Machine Tool Exhibition" in collaboration with Directorate of Industries (Punjab), SSI & G.N.E. College (Ludhiana). He is also ex-member of Ramgarhia Education Council Ludhiana. He Manufactured the first 'TURRET RAM' Vertical Milling Machine in small scale private sector in Punjab and that machine was sold in Chicago (USA). Most of his machines are exported. He got married to Smt. Surjit Kaur Ubhi on 3rd March,1947. The Couple is blessed with two Sons.
