Sardar Pooran Singh Rooprai did not knew that his grandson Sardar Amarnavtej Singh Rooprai Son of Sardar Avtar Singh Rooprai will become a renowned figure in Ramgarhia community for spreading the message of Baba Vishwakarma through out the world with his monthly publication “VISHAVKARMA PARCHARK “.
       Sardar Avtar Singh Rooprai have proud that his father was “Gareeba daa Maseeha” because he was so perfect in replacing the dislocated bones of the sufferer for which he did not even charged any fee. His free sewa was recognized by the people of that area.

    Sardar Avtar Singh is the youngest son. He was born on 5th July,1941 at village Saharal Kazia, Distt. Jalandhar to Smt. Ishar Kaur Bhamra. She is sister of Sardar Mohan Singh Hadayabadi (founder of Ramgarhia College Phagwara). After completing his matriculation from his home village, he passed his F.A. at Amritsar. After that he joined Northern Railway in 1958 as an apprentice at Amritsar. After getting transferred to so many places when he was posted at Jagadhari Railway workshop (Yamuna Nagar), he decided to settle at Jagadhari. In his whole career he had not even a single complaint made against him. He was very much dedicated to his job. His sincerity was an inspiration to the newcomers. He retired as S.E. Drawing & Design on 3rd August,2001. He was married to Smt. Harbhajan Kaur Reehal of Apra (Jalandhar) on 5th May,1961. The couple is blessed with three sons.
